In-Person Personal Training:  Train 1-on-1 to address your specific needs and goals. If you want in-person individual attention, weekly accountability, and someone to keep you on track in the direction YOU want your body to go, and you reside in the Chicago area, come try Personal Training with me at HiFi Fitness in River North! 60-minute sessions are customized to help laser-focus on the areas of your fitness where you need it most. I'm here to make sure you're being pushed safely, doing effective strength exercises for your body and goals, staying injury-free, and having fun along the way. No matter your weight, age, or goals, I can work with you towards the fit, strong and happy body you're looking for. Packages are designed to help you:

Monthly Virtual Coaching Program: If you want have no idea where to start and would rather be guided on your fitness journey from afar, or if you prefer doing your own workouts but your strategy needs a boost- this program is for you. Work with me virtually from anywhere to navigate the life change you want - whether it be fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle. Virtual Coaching programs run for 3 month minimum (12 weeks) to lock in results and are completely customized to your goals, needs, and fitness level. I provide professional guidance and accountability in planning out a personalized fitness plan for you month-by-month to really drive in long term results and habit changes over a 3 month term. We begin with a 60 minute Zoom consultation to virtually meet and lay the ground work for your program, and you receive your customized program within 3-5 business days. Programs begin at the beginning of the month, and we meet for a 60 minute Zoom session at the end of each month to make sure you stay on track to your goals. These help to assess your progress, address any areas of concern, and make any adjustments for the following month’s plan to ensure you’re on the fast track to results. We also officially touch base weekly via email on Thursdays, and additional daily reminders can be sent as well. Commit, Put in the Work, and Be ready for major results by the end of 12 weeks!

  • 60 minute Zoom Consultation

  • 3 subsequent monthly Zoom Coaching meetings (in addition to initial 60 minute Zoom Consultation)

  • Texts, emails, and daily motivation reminders as needed

  • Exercise instructionals and technique corrections provided as needed

  • Nutrition guidance and assistance in choosing effective group fitness classes/game plan post program

  • Option to continue Virtual Coaching after 3 months

Virtual Personal Training Sessions: Get in the best shape of your life with virtual workout sessions right out of your own home - or anywhere you go! I’ll guide and coach you through your own customized 30 minute Zoom workout, available in single sessions or packages. Let me know what fitness equipment you have in advance (mat, bands, dumbbells, ankle weights, etc. - or none!), and I will make sure you get the most effective workout for your body using what you have.

Single Virtual Coaching Sessions: Book a single virtual lifestyle coaching session for guidance on your fitness and wellness journey. Available via Zoom in 60 minute sessions.
