Group Training is an effective complement to personal training, and can also serve as a standalone approach to staying accountable to your fitness goals in a team atmosphere. Learn the basics of strength training, muscle activation, and body awareness, all while burning fat and building lean muscle. The goal of these classes is to teach you proper technique to keep on autopilot, a toolbox of strength moves you can use in your own workouts, and the confidence to attend any group fitness class safely. Beginners and advanced stay challenged with strength drills, with individualized attention and modifications when needed.
